'No' is the right YES

Its quarter past 12 when I started this article. In spite of writing an article on prioritizing the right things, I was hardly following it.

Be it at any point of life which we are in, we tend to say YES in order to not make other person feel bad. It is our natural tendency to accept things given by others, after all we feel people seldom give us anything, so our mind is quite stuck with the feeling to grab anything that’s given.

Be it as small as going out with them for a quick evening coffee and snacks or as big as staying up at night’s for days together to help them with their emotional or intellectual imbalance that’s happening in their life, we make our best not to say NO.

I believe we are brought up in our lives with a mindset instructing us that rejecting something or someone is kind of offending. With this mindset, in spite of knowing that certain things are negative to us, we tend to accept it by saying YES.

The more time we take to say NO to wrong things or things that drain us; we are the ones, who would suffer,

I feel it is much more needed for us to learn to reject and say no to lots of things in our life , the quicker we learn to say no to things that bring us sorrow, the better it is to our life.

At times, “No becomes the right Yes”

After all, you too have got a life of your own that is to filled with positivity and happiness,

Why waste it by filling it out with other’s sorrows and miseries?

The Sense of Satisfaction

Talking to people who makes me feel positive is one of the thing I constantly do. I feel It’s for us to find the positive things in any individual and nurture that relationships.

On one such instance when the conversation was at a good pace, I asked a friend of mine about what she values significantly in her life!

I got a reply saying ‘I value Satisfaction the most’

From quite a long time we have started to give value to lots and lots of tangible objects rather than something intangible in our life. As far as I remember, many people I know, including myself, always used to feel great about prioritizing the tangible things. Something like a house or car or something … the list goes on.

If you ask me, I would definitely accept without any glitch that money plays a very important role in our life. As I always would quote to my friends “I would definitely prefer to cry inside a BMW rather than on a footpath”

But…. what is the happiness of having a BMW if we aren’t satisfied with having it? Why not do something that makes us feel Satisfied?

Of course, For the sense of satisfaction, one may go ahead with a very much positive or a very much negative approach, something like one may never be satisfied with anything in life and would always want more of things or one may never want anything more in their life and be satisfied with what they have.

I feel it’s absolutely necessary for us to strike a balance to know how to get satisfied .... something like……. When to expect more or when to stop expecting…. may it be in all sort of material tangible things or immaterial intangible things.

After all,  any sort of thing is blissful only and only when we feel the absolute sense of Satisfaction.
