Health and fitness



       

‘I want to be fit and healthy’ is what many people carve for at the present days. There isn’t any wrong in that. it’s usual for a human being to carve for fitness and health. But what actually happens is they only carve or in simple words they only ‘think’ about health and fitness but don’t do anything else. In few moments they just forget what they have thought and yes just continue to be unfit or unhealthy.

Why do we ignore health and fitness? The most common answer is I am too busy focusing on other work and have got no time for all these things. And the next best one is ‘there isn’t anything we can do about health and fitness it’s given or taken by god. I know people can’t be that foolish but yes they do exist. 

Nobody can become unhealthy or plump/skinny in overnight. It’s a long process. There are various reasons to become unhealthy. It starts from the most basic thing ‘the food which we eat’. Yeah food is the significant thing that decides about our health. The present generation’s food and drinks has so much of dissolved sugars that it has become a major reason for obesity among youths. Extra sugars are actually not necessary for our body to be fit. But we keep encouraging consuming those because it pleases out tongue and brains.

There isn’t any difficulty to stay healthy.  We have to just follow 2 things i.e eat healthy and burn your calories. Naturally there arises a question of what actually is a healthy food habit. And the answer is simple ‘the food habit which consists of adequate amount of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and fat is commonly called a healthy food habit’ I guess this link might help u in knowing much about a healthy diet http://www.wikihow.com/Eat-Healthy

And second thing is burning our calories. This can be done with different physical activities, like gymming, swimming, jogging, and many more. Select out the activity which suites you. And with which you would be comfortable with and just go for it rather than idly sitting in front of a television or a computer.
