Bangalore days.

It was half past 11 at night and I sent a text to a childhood friend of mine who had been to her granny’s place somewhere at kasargod in state of Kerala. Thanking her for the suggestion to watch the movie.

Okay! the movie was in malyalam. Thanks to the subtitles that I understood each and every word uttered. I wrote this one because a character in the movie totally resembled me.

It started with a total geek guy Krishnan PP a.k.a kuttan explaining about the childhood and about him getting into Bangalore and join a software company!

Then came scenes of his pretty cousin Divya prakash marrying a total workaholic guy ‘Das’ who even worked on the night of his honeymoon! Uff.

And how can I miss their another cousin. The guy who was sharing my name! Arjun. The rider, the cool guy! The guy with bad boy looks which irked all the grown-ups!

Its a story on how 3 cousins cherished their life by connecting to one another. There was flirting and the romance, the sadness of losing the loved ones and also the happiness of getting back together.

It portrayed on how, in spite of having a shaky past one can move on with a better life for present and future.

At the end of the movie I learnt a simple message. “We all are like simple dots in a big sheet of plain paper. It’s for us to connect the dots and enjoy the life”.

‘Bangalore days’……… was the movie.
