Habits play a major role

          Habits play a significant role in everyone’s life. Many a times the habits define what we actually are.

           Few of the habits are inculcated by the way we are brought up like the habit of being a vegetarian and majority of them are adapted as and when the situation comes.

           Usually we think our habits have effect only on us. But the impacts of our habits are far wider than we can imagine. Few simple things such as a habit of choosing a soap can have a great impact on the country’s economy.

            Another significant habit is of using the water. This was an abundant resource in past and a very scarce one at present. Our way of brushing, bathing and cleaning etc. can determine how much resources are wasted; few simple changes in way of life can save a lot.

The lists of habit are endless. Each and every habit plays different role all the time. We just fail to analyze them closely.

            I feel habits can be divided into 2 types, one type where habits become positive support to you and the outside world and second type are those habits which become negative support to you and the outside world.

          The good things about habits are, we can change them. As soon as we understand that the habits are having negative impact on us. We need to try our best to change them and go with positive habits.


Why to go with bad habits? When there are so much of good ones out here?
